I have been going through a lot in the last 7 months, I haven’t been able to train or do anything and have lost a lot of weight. I’m stressed and depressed and all this is due to a lot of work and also try to help my wife raise my newborn baby girl Aya. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining here i love being a dad, but fathers reading this know what i mean when you have a new born everything turn south even when you think that you are ready.

So I was sitting with my wife and we both had this idea to show you how I get back in shape again and show you the whole process here.

The Maximum Results Leg Workout

Hi Guys

The Maximum Results Leg Workout Legs have always been everyone hated body part to train, because of the pain involved.

So I’m so sorry to say that Chicken legs syndrome is increasing every day in the gyms.The maximum results leg workout is a workout that you can really do in 30 minutes with great results and this is why I called the maximum results leg workout. You see I have always loved doing legs, i will miss any weekly workout but leg day was a special day. You might call me crazy, but i use to be like many guys out there… I hated legs when I was 21 years old. But I knew that if I wanted to make it in the Pro scene I had to kill my legs to bring them to a competitive level.

God know how much I sweated under that heavy loaded bar in the squat rack, and how much I pressed on the leg press. This was when I was competing, but nowadays i train differently and smart too because i know i have to stay injury free to be able to train properly. So there is no point for me to squat or leg press heavy like I use to because I’m not competing or trying to prove something. So putting together routines like the one I’m showing here on this video was a great discovery.

Freaky Leg Extension

Leg Extension : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Seated leg Curl :4 sets x 15 – failure

Adductors Machine: 4 sets x 15 – failure

Abductors Machine : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Leg Press : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Walking lunges : 4 sets x 15- 20 walks

Still Leg Dead lift : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Step Ups : 4 sets x 12 – 15 reps each side

Seated Calve Raise : 4 sets x 15 – failure

You should add these workouts to your fitness plan.

How Safe Are Eggs and What’s The Difference

How Safe are eggs and what’s the difference? A question most of us always ask. I love eggs but honestly the last time I had a nice tasty omelette was two years ago. A client of mine had a farm and raised chicken that run in the wild. I remember that day I was salivating ( I know I sound pathetic ) but when she got me some and I made my omelette… memories came back from back home, when you could get a real egg and enjoy the taste.

If you eat a really bad egg you more likely catch Salmonella. Not that long ago 500 million eggs from Iowa’s Hillandale Farms and Wright County Egg were recalled in the nationwide investigation of a salmonella outbreak, where more than a 1000 people got sick.

What makes an egg a good egg and what is the difference.

Free-Range Eggs

Free-range eggs are laid from hens that can go outside. They may travel in and out of a barn at free will or spend some portion of their day roaming outdoors.

Cage-Free Eggs

Cage-free eggs are  from birds that are not raised in cages, but in floor  in an open barn. The hens have bedding material such as pine shavings on the floor, and they are allowed perches and nest boxes to lay their eggs.  However, they may still be at close quarters with many other hens — just not in cages. That depends on the farm.

Organic Eggs

Organic eggs are laid from hens that may be kept in a caging system, but most of the time are cage free. They eat an organic feed and don’t get vaccines or antibiotics.

In order to qualify for USDA organic certification, the grains used for the hens’ diets must be produced on land that has been free from the use of toxic and persistent chemical pesticides and fertilizers for at least three years.

Genetically engineered crops are not permitted, and hens must be maintained without hormones, antibiotics, and other intrusive drugs this is the law to know how safe are eggs.

Brown Versus White 

Brown, white, blue, green eggs come in different colors , but the most common that you’ll see in supermarkets are white and brown. There is no difference in nutritional benefits and brown does not equal a healthier egg. The eggs are purely based off of the genetics of the chicken.

Shopping Egg tips: 

  1. “Free Range” and “Cage Free” are better than regular eggs, because of the treatment of the animal.
  2. Organic “Free Range” and “Cage Free” are better than regular eggs, both for YOU and the ANIMAL.
  3. Choose organic when possible.
  4. Brown and white don’t make a difference.
  5. Price is a good indicator of quality.
  6. If you are baking, go with a slightly less quality egg than you would for plain egg consumption.

The first thing i learned the past 25 years I spent training people, is that short cuts gets you nowhere. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to achieve what you looking for especially if you are a woman and your goal is to learn how to do a lunge for a better butt and legs.

You see when working out most people tend to rush and not do the exercise properly. If everyone took their time and did everything right no one will have issues achieving their goals.

I truly believe the ability to learn emanate from our childhood of course. If you take a kid and try to make him do something you never told him before he won’t do it. But if you spend time teaching him or her how to start from zero… he or she will do things right and it will become second nature to them to perform anything they are asked to do.

My point here is we all at some point in our lives won’t told properly or didn’t pay attention. But it’s never late because the brain is amazing. We can always reprogram everything to do right again.

I myself still struggle with some issues here and there but i told myself slowly to bypass all these hurdles by reprogramming my mind to do things right.

One of the thing i always tell my clients when they come and train with me for the first time, that’s of course if i see bad form during their training is to forget everything they learned from before and to start from zero with letting me teach them everyone all over again.

4 Outdoor Exercises You Should Do After a RUN

Today I would like to share with you 4 outdoor exercises you should do after a run. Many people love running but after their run usually they can’t figure out what to do as far as exercises so they end up going home and have a shower and end it. Exercising after a run following a well designed routine can help you tremendously not only lose weight but also get toned much faster.

I asked my dear friend Jacquelyn Umof to come up with a routine to help with your training after your run.

We put together these 4 great exercises so here they are:

Exercise one: Body push up 3- 4 sets x 30 sec or 12- 15 reps

Get into a plank position and again you can do these off a ledge or the floor and by keeping a tight midsection lower your body up and keeping a straight line.

Exercise two: Body Weight Squats Or Squat Jumps 3- 4 sets x 30 sec or 12- 15 reps

Again here is you can’t do Squat jumps just do squats, make sure you keep your knees in line with your toes and while driving your body up drive through the heels and not the knees.

Exercise three : Leg Tucks 3- 4 sets x 30 sec or 20-40 reps

Sit at the end of the ledge hands behind your back, knees together heels together and bring your knees towards your chest.

Exercise four: Step Up kick back 3- 4 sets x 30 sec or 12-15 reps

I love this exercise because not only it works your legs to get them toned, but it also work your butt.

Best Home Butt Exercises

Yes you read it the best home butt exercises…Many times I come across exercises that are really great for Butt development but sometimes there will be one or two that will stand out as one of the best home butt workouts.

While working on the New Me System Program, I knew I had to come out with nine home exercises for the girls do in a circuit fashion. First the challenge for them was to do the routine three time non stop within 20 minutes. Second challenge for me was to make sure I target some of the crucial body parts like butt and legs and do it within a  full body workout for maximum benefit. This is where i came out with the best home butt exercises.

You must have heard me many times through my you tube video tutorials, putting a lot of emphasis on the importance of the exercise positioning within a routine.

A reverse lunge followed by a stiff leg dead lift is the best way to combine these two movements to get the best results. Especially if you doing a full body workout and your goal is to target every body part during your workout session.

So for these two best home butt exercises the recommended number of reps and sets is usually 4 sets of each between 15- 20 reps.

But for better results try to increase the reps and the weight slightly without sacrificing your form during the movement.

You Will Hate Yourself Not Knowing These Two Butt Exercises

Combining exercises to get the best workout has always been a challenge for everyone. Today I’m going to show you one of the best combo you can do as far as legs and butt movements are concerned.

IFBB Bikini Pro Brooke Mora is one of the smartest trainer I worked with, and you can see that through her from doing the movements on the video.

When we filmed this segment we wanted to show you two movements that really get everything and that’s including hamstring. So we picked the Stability Ball leg curl and the Reverse lunge and this is why….

Exercise 1: Stability Ball Lying Leg Curl

This exercise is one of the best exercise you can do out there without the need of the machine leg curl and you need is a stability ball. It targets your hamstring so well and it gives your core a good workout too. What I like about this movement is the fact that you can really focus on the contraction at the top and that you have full control of the movement.

Exercise 2 : Reverse lunge

The reverse lunge unlike the forward lunge is a better choice for you to do if your goal is to target your booty. The forward lunge is s great exercise but if you want to really get that round booty I really suggest the reverse version.

What I also suggest is the combo of the these two movement non stop for 5 sets each between 15- 20 reps going up in weight of course on the reverse lunges.
